Rope Ragger

One of the accessory equipment for hydraulic pulper in the stock preparation line.

Application

Rope ragger is a good partner for the hydraulic pulper.

Various light impurities in the waste paper pulp, such as iron wire, plastic, cotton yarn, etc., are continuously wind to form a rope/strand, which is removed out of the pulper under the control of the rope ragger machine.

Structural Features

The rope ragger machine is composed of a box body, a driving device, a winch, a press wheel lifter and knife.

The driving device is composed of a motor direct contact double stage gearbox, driving shaft, bearing and winch wheel, which the rotating speed adjustable with stable operation and smooth running.

Twist rope speed: 0~50m/h.

This equipment has the advantages of high work efficiency, low power consumption, simple construction, easy to operate and maintenance.
