The D-Vat structure is used to change the vortex form generated by the traditional pulper, increase the turbulence of the pulp flow in the pulper, and it can immerse the raw material below the liquid level quickly so as to improve the moving path of the raw material in the pulper and increase the capacity accordingly. And it can also shorten the pulping time and save energy consumption at the same time.

High Consistency Hydrapulper is used for breaking raw material such as waste paper in high consistency.

The rotor adopts triple-spiral gear teeth structure which makes the strong friction & shearing between the fiber-fiber, and accelerates the raw material defibering.
